The guided bus triggers an automatic switch in the lights, stopping the traffic on Milton Road for the guided bus to cross without much delay. As bicycles are not allowed on the guide way, cyclists have to press a button and wait. This old railway-bridge over the Milton Road underpass will by replaced with a wider bridge to accommodate the busway and the cyclebahn.
