WARNING TO ALL CYCLISTS: don’t use the Potterrow cycle path south bound as there is a cement mixer in the middle of it, no warning or closure signs. I’ve just been assaulted by a workman who threw cement over me when I asked him if he’d permission to close the cycle path t.co/bU67Ca3IxS
