[Image taken 26.7.21] Marygate car park, York. The gap (see: #170378) was blocked so this chap lifted his bike and himself over the fencing. There’s no signage in the car park to exits or directions to anywhere. Note the lights are once again not on on the hoarding - creating a dark tunnel even/especially on the brightest of days.
