The Broughton Street roundabout and neighbouring streets prioritise motorised transport and encourages drivers driving too fast. Remove the roundabout including the garden in the centre and replace with narrower traffic lanes, segregated cycle lanes along broughton street and B901. Widen pavements together with replacement gardens accessible to all separating carriageway from pavement.
